The CARM Assistant at Mercy Corps will support the implementation of the Community Accountability and Reporting Mechanism (CARM) within WaSH and Nutrition projects in Nigeria. This role involves establishing feedback channels, logging responses, and ensuring timely closure of feedback. The assistant will also conduct community sensitization, support training for staff, and collaborate with other actors to enhance community participation. The position requires strong report writing skills and the ability to manage sensitive information effectively. NCE/OND or equivalent in relevant field 1-2 years of related work experience Proven report writing skills Experience in data collection and management Knowledge of accountability frameworks Excellent English writing skills; Hausa and local languages are a plus Ability to handle sensitive information Good interpersonal and communication skills Understanding of safeguarding and code of conduct issues
