The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a consultant for an endline evaluation of its Integrated Emergency Response project in Northwest Nigeria. The evaluation aims to assess the overall performance, effectiveness, and impact of the intervention, which has provided multi-sectoral assistance to displaced populations amidst significant challenges. The consultant will utilize a mixed-methods approach to gather evidence and generate recommendations for future humanitarian programming. This role requires a strong background in humanitarian evaluations and data analysis.
