We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: E-Commerce Manager

Locations: Port Harcourt - Rivers, Delta, and Imo

Employment Type: Full-time

Core Responsibilities

Website Optimization: Maintain the online platform, ensuring a user-friendly, on-brand, and secure experience.

Analytics & Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to inform strategic decisions,

Technical & Operational Support: Manage inventory and collaborate with logistics for smooth fulfillment, as detailed by Myskillsfuture.gov.sg.

Digital Marketing & Sales: Develop and execute campaigns (email, PPC, SEO, social media) to increase traffic and revenue.

Merchandising & Inventory: Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales,

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

Conversion Rate

Average Order Value (AOV)

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Return on Investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns

Website Traffic and Traffic-to-lead Ratio.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or IT.

Technical Skills: Expertise in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and CRM tools,

Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Experience: 3 - 5 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.

Platform Knowledge: Proficiency in platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
