Vous coordonnerez l’action humanitaire dans la région du Sud-Kivu, en lien avec les acteurs locaux, ONG et agences onusiennes. Au quotidien, cela signifie évaluer les besoins urgents (déplacés, sécurité alimentaire), superviser la gestion d’un sous-bureau (équipe, logistique, sécurité) et représenter OCHA dans les négociations avec les autorités et les groupes armés. Attendez-vous à des déplacements fréquents dans des zones instables.
