Ce que ce poste implique Tu travailleras au sein de l’équipe pays de l’UNICEF Bénin, en appui aux programmes de protection sociale. Au quotidien, tu analyseras des budgets publics alloués à l’enfance, participeras à des revues de dépenses et contribueras à des notes de plaidoyer pour une meilleure allocation des ressources. Ce stage te plonge dans les mécanismes de financement des politiques sociales, entre réunions avec le ministère des Finances et travail de données chiffrées.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant
- Maîtrise des finances publiques et de l’analyse budgétaire (connaissances en LOLF ou en budget-programme sont un plus).
- Capacité à traiter des données avec Excel (tableaux croisés, graphiques) et idéalement Stata ou SPSS.
- Rédaction de notes de synthèse en français et en anglais (l’UNICEF demande souvent les deux).
- Esprit critique et aisance relationnelle pour travailler avec des partenaires gouvernementaux.
