Opening of a direct competition for the recruitment of fifty (50) agents in the corps of officials of Active Customs, session 2026. The Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reform, Having regard to the Constitution; Having regard to Decree No. 75/768 of 18 December 1975 on the Special Statute for the Bodies of Officials of Customs Active; Having regard to Decree No. 94/199 of 7 October 1994 on the General Statute of the Civil Service of the State, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2000/287 of 12 October 2000; Having regard to Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 on the organization of the Government, amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Having regard to Decree No. 2012/537 of 19 November 2012 on the organization of MINFOPRA; Having regard to Decree No. 2018/191 of 02 March 2018 on Government redevelopment; Having regard to Decree No. 2000/696/PM of 13 September 2000 laying down the General Scheme for Administrative Competitions; Order No. 0040/PM of 19 May 2022 laying down the procedures for granting the age exemption to persons with disabilities during administrative competitions and recruitment in the civil service of the State,

ARRÊTE..

Article 1. - (a) This Order opens a direct competition for the recruitment of fifty (50) officers in the corps of officials of Customs Active, according to the following breakdown:

• twenty-five (25) Customs Officers, category "C";
• twenty-five (25) Customs officials, category "D".

(b) The contest will take place on 11 and 12 July 2026 in all the regional capitals. Article 2.- Conditions of eligibility. Candidates must meet the general conditions of access to public employment provided for by the General Statute of the Public Service of the State. Category Âge required

Education / Qualifications

Brigadier des Douanes

• 17 to 29 years old on 1 January 2026 (born between 01/01/1997 and 01/01/2009) BEPC, CAP or GCE "O/L" in 4 subjects (excluding "religious knowledge") or equivalent foreign diploma Commissioner of Customs
• 17 to 29 years old on 1 January 2026 (born between 01/01/1997 and 01/01/2009) CEP or FSLC Persons with disabilities who hold a CNI Invalidity benefit from an age exemption of five (05) years maximum, in accordance with the decree n ° 0040/PM of 19 May 2022. Article 3.- Constitutive documents of the file. Applications can be submitted online at: concoursonline.minfopra.gov.cm or deposited in the Regional Delegations of MINFOPRA, until Friday 26 June 2026. They must include:
• A registration form stamped at 1,500 FCFA (available in the services of MINFOPRA or on www.minfopra.gov.cm );
• A certified copy of the birth certificate;
• An extract of criminal record (bulletin n°3);
• A certified copy of the required diploma;
• A certificate of presentation of the original diploma;
• A medical certificate issued by a public sector doctor;
• A receipt of 20,000 FCFA issued by EXPRESS UNION;
• Two (02) 4x4 photos;
