Cameroon Office Sarl, jeune entreprise dynamique implantée à Douala Akwa (près du carrefour Arno), évolue dans les secteurs des services et du commerce général. Dans le cadre de son développement, elle recrute 03 Commerciaux Indépendants (Apporteurs d'affaires).
Réaliser des prospections et surveiller l'activité concurrentielle ; évaluer les attentes des clients et les orienter vers les solutions adaptées ; développer et élargir le portefeuille de la société ; atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires définis.
Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine requise. Poste ouvert aux hommes comme aux femmes. Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais constituant un avantage. Connaissance parfaite du processus de vente, orientation résultats, autonomie, rigueur, résilience, persévérance, esprit entrepreneurial. Maîtrise des techniques de négociation et de vente. Organisation, responsabilité et sérieux. Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles, d'écoute et de persuasion. Adaptabilité, réactivité et capacité à gérer la pression.
Nature du contrat : Indépendant (Freelance)
Rémunération : Commissions calculées sur le chiffre d'affaires généré (à discuter)
