Responsabilités

Key Duties and Responsibilities: Language Instruction

Teach French language skills including listening, speaking,  reading, and writing at various proficiency levels. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the  national curriculum. Curriculum Development & Assessment Design, prepare, and update instructional materials and resources tailored to       student needs. Create and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate students’      progress. Provide regular feedback to students and maintain records of performance. Classroom Management Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. Encourage students’ participation, critical thinking, and cultural appreciation. Address student queries and learning difficulties effectively. Cultural Exposure & Enrichment Introduce students to Francophone cultures, literature, and traditions. Organize cultural activities, language clubs, or excursions to enhance practical   language use. Professional Development & Collaboration Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development training. Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and learning outcomes. Administrative Duties Maintain accurate attendance and grading records. Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress.

Formation / Diplômes

Ensure adherence to school policies and educational standards.

Qualifications & Skills Required: Proficiency in French (native or fluent). Teaching certification or degree in French language, education, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and planning abilities. Passion for teaching and fostering a love for the French language.
