Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Patrol and Surveillance

Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to monitor for suspicious activity.

Use surveillance cameras, alarms, and other security equipment to detect potential threats.

  Monitoring Security Systems 

Monitor security systems such as cameras, alarms, and access control systems.

Report any anomalies or security breaches to supervisors.

 Responding to Emergencies 

Assist in emergency situations such as fires, medical emergencies, or active threats.

Follow established emergency procedures and call for help when needed.

Maintaining Order 

Ensure that people and vehicles follow rules and regulations in the area.

Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.

Documenting Events 

Keep detailed records of incidents, patrols, and observations.

Report incidents to supervisors or security management.

Communication 

Communicate with other security personnel, law enforcement, or management as needed.

Use two-way radios or other communication devices to relay information.

Customer Service 

Provide assistance to visitors, customers, or staff.
