  • Recrutement : Gérer l'intégralité du processus de recrutement, de la définition du besoin à l'intégration.
  • Gestion Administrative RH : Administrer les contrats, la paie et les relations avec les organismes sociaux.
  • Formation & Développement : Élaborer et mettre en œuvre le plan de formation annuel.
  • Relations Sociales : Piloter le dialogue social et veiller à un climat de travail épanouissant.
  • Politique RH : Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus et des politiques de gestion des talents.
