Nous opérons des activités à distance et recrutons réguliÚrement des profils opérationnels (support, back-office, fonctions transverses).Nous cherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de recrutemen t capable de gérer du recrutement multi-postes et potentiellement en volume, avec une exécution structurée et rapide. Selon les projets, vous pourrez intervenir sur : A) Sourcing & acquisition Rédiger / publier / optimiser des annonces sur plusieurs canaux Sourcer activement (recherche, approche directe, relances) Construire et entretenir un vivier (pipelines) par métier/seniorité/pays B) Préqualification & entretiens Qualifier les candidats (fit, motivation, disponibilité, communication)... Niveau dŽétudes requis : Qualification avant bac, Bac, Bac+1, Bac+2, Bac+3, Bac+4 & Bac+5 et plus
