BANK TELLER

Applicant would be responsible for handling daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. The role involves cash handling, processing deposits and withdrawals, verifying customer information, and maintaining compliance with banking regulations.

📌 ### 📌 Key Responsibilities

Receive and process customer deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. Handle cash, cheques, and other financial instruments accurately. Verify customer identity and ensure proper documentation. Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift. Process cheque clearing and issue bank drafts where necessary. Provide information about bank products and services. Detect and report suspicious or fraudulent transactions. Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

📌 ### 📌 Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve basic customer complaints.

📌 ### 📌 Job Requirements

📌 ### 📌 Educational Qualification

Minimum: Diploma or HND in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related field. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is an advantage.

📌 ### 📌 Previous experience in banking, cash handling, or customer service is an advantage.

Fresh graduates may be considered depending on the bank.
