Job Description: A reputable HR outsourcing firm seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to be deployed to an FMCG client in Spintex under the EOR staff outsourcing model.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR records

  • Handle attendance, leave, and payroll inputs

  • Manage employee relations and disciplinary issues

  • Support performance management and HR reporting

  • Ensure labour law and HR policy compliance

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR or related field

  • 3+ years HR Generalist / HRBP experience

  • FMCG or manufacturing experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour law

  • Must reside in Accra (Spintex or nearby)
