Job Description

The Corporate Office Manager plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of our corporate headquarters, ensuring smooth administrative processes and maintaining an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors. In the context of the travel industry, this role also includes liaising with travel consultants, vendors, and internal teams to support business travel functions and agency operations.

This position is hybrid with 2-3 days in Toronto, ON office and remote the rest of the week.

Office Operations & Administration Oversee day-to-day office functions including supplies, mailroom operations, equipment maintenance, and space management Coordinate vendor services (cleaning, office supplies, security, maintenance) Manage office budget and purchasing; track expenses and ensure cost-effective procurement Executive & Staff Support Provide administrative support to senior leadership as needed (calendar coordination, meeting prep, travel arrangements) Assist in onboarding/offboarding procedures for corporate staff Coordinate interdepartmental communications and facilitate team events or training sessions Travel Industry-Specific Support Support travel consultants and business travel operations with documentation, contracts, or vendor coordination Maintain supplier
