Job Description

Responsibilities

Planning and execution of audit fieldwork and statutory reporting across a portfolio of clients.

Reporting to audit managers and partners on all salient points arising from audits.

Building relationship with the clients’ staff and acting as an ambassador for the firm.

Provide on-site co-ordination role for audit clients including planning, day-to-day control of the audit team, liaising with clients and completing audit assignments.

Allocate work, delegate task, supervise and review work performed by junior team members and develop, motivate, and coach junior team members.

Identify areas requiring improvement in client’s business processes and possible recommendations and the preparation and delivery of Management Letter to clients. 

Prepare IFRS financial statements and other reports.

Required Skills or Experience

Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements

Minimum of 5 years experience in an audit firm

Strong Analytical Skills to identify, assess, and resolve financial and operational issues

Knowledge and proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles

Proven experience with conducting Financial Audits and ensuring regulatory compliance

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA is required
