Job Description Are you passionate about safe, professional driving and supporting smooth branch operations? We are looking for a reliable and responsible Driver to join our team at Advans Ghana Savings and Loans. In this role, you will play a vital part in facilitating secure movement of staff, documents, and essential logistics between branches as well as support operations. The position is on a renewable yearly Contract basis. What will your role be? Responsible for driving Advans Ghana Savings and Loan’s cars, as well as for ensuring the proper maintenance of these cars. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Drive Advans Ghana cars Car Maintenance GENERIC ACTIVITIES Drive Advans Ghana cars according to management policy. Fill ODK/Logbook on every driving trip made. Ensure the car’s maintenance by doing routine checks (brakes, wires, cables, tyres status) Cleaning of the cars Regular maintenance in relation with suppliers: to ensure that filters, other basic appliances are checked regularly and replaced in a timely manner, and that motor oil, other levels (brake liquid, cooling fluid, water etc.) are as per the cars’ manufacturers standards. To inform immediately his supervisor about any existing or potential problem with one of the cars To ensure that cars documentation (insurance, vehicle licenses) are up to date To inform in advance when fuel tank is about to be empty and to fill the tank. CHALLENGES ON THE JOB Other Unqualified Road users that might cause accident Required Skills or Experience What kind of profile are we looking for? At least Senior High School Certificate or its equivalent.
