Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 2 years Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Assist the Mall Manager in supervising the daily operations of the shopping mall. Coordinate with shop owners and tenants to ensure smooth business activities. Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and security within the mall premises. Ensure tenants comply with mall operational guidelines and standards. Assist in resolving tenant and customer concerns professionally. Support administrative duties, reporting, and operational planning. Requirements Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in mall management, retail management, facility management, or a similar role. Applicant must be from the West African sub-region. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a dynamic retail environment. Must be ready for immediate employment.
