Location: East Legon / ARS and Surrounding Areas Salary: GHS 1,000 per month Working Hours Monday – Sunday (Shift System) Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Grocery Shop Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, selling and packaging farm products, and ensuring the shop remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service. Assist customers with product selection and purchases. Sell, package, and arrange farm products neatly. Handle cash and mobile money transactions accurately. Restock products and maintain attractive product displays. Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable. Support daily shop operations as assigned.

Friendly and customer-oriented personality.

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Honest, hardworking, and dependable. Ability to work flexible shifts.

Expérience

Previous experience in sales, retail, or shop operations is an added advantage. Important Requirement Applicants MUST reside in East Legon, ARS, or nearby environs
