Agence de Développement de Sèmè City (ADSC) recrute un coordonnateur pour le BENIN AI INNOVATION LAB (H/F).
Le BENIN AI INNOVATION LAB vise à accélérer le développement du capital humain et de l'innovation en intelligence artificielle, robotique et technologies émergentes. L'initiative repose sur deux volets principaux : la formation et l'innovation.
Missions Le coordonnateur aura pour mission d'exploiter l'infrastructure du Lab pour activer des talents et proposer des solutions innovantes adaptées aux besoins du Bénin. Il s'agira notamment d'identifier, former et mobiliser des talents selon une approche pratique, ainsi que de concevoir, prototyper et développer des solutions répondant à des problématiques réelles d'organisations.
Le candidat devra posséder une expertise en gestion de projets innovants, une connaissance des technologies émergentes (IA, robotique) et une capacité à fédérer des talents. Une expérience dans l'écosystème de l'innovation au Bénin ou en Afrique est un atout.
