AVIS DE RECRUTEMENT – COMMERCIAL BTP Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, l’entreprise GROUP INTERNATIONAL SAFIM, Promoteur Immobilier Agréé, spécialisée dans le Bâtiment et Travaux Publics (BTP) recrute : 🔹 POSTE : COMMERCIAL BTP (H/F) 📍 Localisation : Abidjan, Yamoussoukro, Daloa 🎯 MISSIONS PRINCIPALES Sous l’autorité de la Direction Générale, le Commercial BTP aura pour missions de : ·      Prospecter de nouveaux clients (particuliers, entreprises, promoteurs immobiliers, institutions) ·      Développer et gérer un portefeuille client ·      Assurer la promotion des services de l’entreprise (construction, rénovation, suivi de chantier, gestion immobilière, etc.) ·      Répondre aux appels d’offres et participer à l’élaboration des dossiers techniques et financiers ·      Négocier et conclure les contrats commerciaux ·      Assurer le suivi des clients jusqu’à la réalisation des projets ·      Effectuer un reporting régulier des activités commerciales 👤 PROFIL RECHERCHÉ ·      Être titulaire d’un BAC+2 à BAC+5 en commerce, marketing, génie civil ou équivalent ·      Justifier d’une expérience d’au moins 2 à 5 ans dans le secteur du BTP et des services accessoires ·      Bonne connaissance du marché de la construction et de l'immobilier en Côte d’Ivoire ·      Maîtrise des techniques de vente et de négociation ·      Avoir un bon relationnel et un sens élevé du service client ·      Être autonome, dynamique et orienté résultats ·      La maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Word) est exigée, ODOO recommandé 💼 CONDITIONS ·      Type de contrat : CDD ·      Rémunération : Fixe + commissions attractives ·      Prise de fonction : Immédiate 📩 CANDIDATURE Les personnes intéressées sont priées d’envoyer leur : ·      CV ·      Lettre de motivation à l’adresse suivante : Contact@safimgroup.com avec en objet : “Candidature Commercial BTP” 📅 Date limite de dépôt : 10 AVRIL 2026 ⚠️ NB : Seuls les candidats présélectionnés seront contactés.
