BOA CI recrute un Juriste Senior Chargé des Contrats H/F.

** Dans le cadre de ses activités, la Banque de l'Afrique de l'Ouest (BOA) Côte d'Ivoire recherche un juriste senior spécialisé dans la gestion des contrats. Le poste est basé à Abidjan, en Côte d'Ivoire.
Missions : Le titulaire du poste sera chargé de la rédaction, de la négociation et du suivi des contrats de la banque, en veillant à leur conformité juridique et à la protection des intérêts de l'établissement.

** Le candidat idéal justifie d'un niveau d'études Bac+4 ou Bac+5 (Master 1, Master 2, Ingéniorat) et d'une expérience confirmée dans le domaine juridique, idéalement en banque ou finance. Il doit faire preuve de rigueur, de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et d'un sens aigu de la négociation.
