En tant que Programme Associate pour UNICEF à Bunia ou Kinshasa, tu seras le bras opérationnel des programmes de protection de l’enfance, éducation ou santé. Au quotidien, tu gères les budgets, les rapports de suivi et la logistique des activités sur le terrain, en lien avec les partenaires locaux et les autorités. Compétences clés à mettre en avant
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (planification, suivi budgétaire, reporting).
- Expérience avec les systèmes de l’ONU ou ONG internationales (SAP, VISION, etc.).
- Capacité à travailler en équipe multiculturelle sous pression, avec des délais serrés.
- Excellente communication écrite en français et anglais (rapports, courriels).
