** Nous recrutons un expert en sauvegardes environnementales et sociales (ESS) pour un arrangement à long terme (LTAS) visant à fournir une expertise technique à l'UNICEF. Le poste est ouvert à des candidats de haut niveau, capables d'intervenir dans divers secteurs de programmation.
**
** Diplôme universitaire avancé (minimum niveau master) d'une institution reconnue dans les domaines suivants : eau, assainissement, ingénierie, éducation, santé, nutrition, planification, affaires, économie, développement, droit ou domaine connexe.
Expérience professionnelle Au moins cinq ans d'expérience professionnelle dans les sauvegardes environnementales et sociales. Minimum trois ans d'expérience dans la planification, le filtrage, la mise en œuvre, l'assurance qualité, la catégorisation des risques de projet et/ou le suivi des sauvegardes environnementales et sociales pour les grands bailleurs bilatéraux/multilatéraux. Expérience démontrée dans les domaines de la gestion des plaintes et des retours d'information, de la divulgation d'informations et de l'engagement des parties prenantes.

** Compréhension démontrée des exigences ESS des différents bailleurs. Expérience avérée dans l'application des systèmes ESS à au moins un des secteurs de programmation suivants de l'UNICEF : WASH, Santé, Éducation et/ou Nutrition – y compris lorsque ceux-ci comportent des composantes de construction/réhabilitation. Expérience démontrée dans l'application des systèmes SES à des contextes de programmation humanitaire et/ou de développement. Maîtrise d'au moins une langue des Nations Unies (appropriée pour la région sélectionnée).
