Description Advanced University Degree (minimum master’s level) from a reputable institution in curriculum development, adult literacy, capacity building or related field.

Formation / Diplômes

• Diploma or qualification in Adult Education or Master Trainer certification)

Expérience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience designing and delivering interactive, learner-centred training using adult pedagogy.
• Proven experience facilitating both in-person and synchronous online training using platforms such as MS Teams or Zoom, adapting content for different learning environments.
• Familiarity with UNICEF’s mandate, safeguarding, CFM and ESS frameworks, including risks and mitigation measures relevant to UNICEF’s programming contexts.

Excellent facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse learners in inclusive, respectful dialogue.

• At least 7 years of professional experience in the area of Social and Environmental Safeguarding, including Child Protection, and the Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse
• Preference given to demonstrated experience developing and/or delivering capacity building tools for ESS and Safeguarding
• Fluent in at least one UN language (appropriate for the selected region)
• Demonstrated ESS experience in the proposed region
