UNICEF recrute un(e) Team Leader pour la mise en place d'un arrangement à long terme (LTAS) visant à fournir une expertise technique en matière de sauvegarde sociale et environnementale (SES). Ce poste s'inscrit dans le cadre des engagements de l'organisation à intégrer les principes de protection et de durabilité dans ses programmes.

Le/la Team Leader sera chargé(e) de coordonner une équipe d'experts techniques (environnement, social, sauvegarde) et de gérer des projets complexes incluant plans de travail, budgets et calendriers. Il/elle devra fournir une assistance technique à des gouvernements ou organisations internationales (Nations Unies, Banque mondiale), animer des activités de renforcement des capacités, et superviser la mise en œuvre de programmes de sauvegarde sociale et environnementale (ESS, protection de l'enfance, PSEA, VBG). Une attention particulière sera portée à l'application des réglementations en vigueur, des principes PSEA et des approches centrées sur les survivants.

Diplôme universitaire avancé (Master ou équivalent) en développement international, sciences sociales, droit, économie ou domaine connexe. Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'équipes d'experts techniques (environnement, social, sauvegarde). Expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets (plans de travail, budgets, échéanciers) et la fourniture d'assistance technique à des gouvernements ou organisations internationales (UN, Banque mondiale). Expérience dans la coordination de programmes de renforcement des capacités et de gestion de la sauvegarde sociale/environnementale (ESS, protection de l'enfance, PSEA, VBG). Bonne connaissance des réglementations sociales/environnementales, des principes PSEA et des approches centrées sur les survivants. Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et de communication ; capacité à simplifier des processus complexes. Maîtrise de l'anglais ; une bonne connaissance du français, de l'espagnol ou de l'arabe est hautement souhaitable.
