Plan International, organisation humanitaire et de développement indépendante, œuvre pour les droits des enfants et l'égalité filles-garçons. Dans le cadre de ses activités au Mali, nous recrutons un(e) Comptable projet BMZ basé(e) à Mopti.

**

Sous la supervision du responsable financier, vous assurez la gestion comptable et financière des projets, en veillant au respect des procédures et des délais. Vos responsabilités incluent :

  • Tenue du système comptable et financier (SAP) : enregistrement des opérations, saisie des accruals, correction des écritures, création des fournisseurs.

  • Gestion des paiements : réception et vérification des demandes, préparation des paiements (salaires, charges sociales, fiscales, activités projet), annulation des pièces comptables.

  • Suivi des avances : comptabilisation, liquidation, suivi des avances aux partenaires, staffs et entités gouvernementales, formation en contrôle interne.

  • Réconciliation bancaire et rapports : préparation des rapports mensuels (petite caisse, Orange Money, avances), états de rapprochement bancaire, rapports financiers périodiques (BVA, PIIA, Partner Report).

  • Clôtures comptables : participation aux clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles, appui aux audits internes et externes.

Formation en comptabilité, finance ou gestion. Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire, idéalement en ONG. Maîtrise de SAP et des outils bureautiques. Rigueur, organisation et capacité à travailler sous pression.
