Expérience

SPECIFICATION The main purpose of the role entails attending to guests with the highest level of service and acting as an ambassador of the brand by creating memorable guest experiences. Furthermore, greeting guests, taking orders, communicating with kitchen staff, and serving guests accordingly.

Greet guests and present them with the menu

Inform guests about special items for the day and menu changes, if any Suggest food and beverages to the guest Take food & beverage orders from the guest and inform the kitchen staff accordingly Ability to navigate the POS system Collect payment and issue receipts Regularly communicate with and attend to guests

Formation / Diplômes

Inform guests of hotel activities, dining options and general hotel information Serve food and beverages to guests as per their orders Promptly respond to guests’ queries and provide assistance when required Comply with all food and beverage regulations Understand and communicate products and services available at the restaurant Close the shift on the POS terminal Print closing reports and submit to the Front Office drop safe for Accounts to collect

Min Grade 12

Excellent communication skills Exceptional interpersonal skills Minimum 1 year in a similar role
