Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

International Patients Consultation: Provide medical consultation and medical coordination services to patients undergoing IVF or surrogacy.

Medical Accompaniment: Accompany clients or gestational carriers (surrogates) to local fertility clinics and hospitals for prenatal checkups, embryo transfers, and delivery.

Document Management: Collect, organize, and archive all medical reports, ultrasound scans, and legal documents; report progress to the management team promptly.

Logistical Support: Assist with clients’ arrival/departure, accommodation arrangements, and provide daily life support for volunteers during pregnancy.

Issue Resolution: Handle minor issues during hospital visits and maintain good relationships with medical partners.

Requirements:

Background: Background in Nursing, Medicine is preferred.

Experience: Experience in the healthcare, hospitality, or customer service industry is a plus.

Soft Skills: Patient, detail-oriented, and able to work flexible hours when necessary.

Adaptability: Comfortable working and living in Ghana.

Registered nurse only

2 years work experience above

Salary: 8k Base salary + commission
