The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service delivery, resolve customer issues efficiently, and foster a positive customer experience across all touchpoints. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback Develop, implement, and monitor customer service policies and procedures Manage and train the customer service team to maintain high service standards Analyze customer interactions to identify trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues Prepare reports, dashboards, and briefs on customer service performance Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to manage a team and handle high-pressure situations Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination abilities Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or retail management is an advantag Language Requirements (Optional but Advantageous) Proficiency in English is required Knowledge of additional local or international languages is an advantage Location : Accra, Tantra Hill Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with experience Log In and Apply Important safety tips Do not make any payment without confirming with the Jobberman Customer Support Team.
