Ce que ce poste implique
Vous coordonnerez la réponse d’urgence de l’UNICEF en RDC, depuis Kinshasa, en lien avec les terrains. Au quotidien, cela signifie analyser les crises (conflits, épidémies), mobiliser les partenaires et veiller à ce que l’aide humanitaire (nutrition, eau, protection) arrive vite et bien. Vous serez l’interface entre les équipes terrain et le bureau central, tout en préparant des rapports pour les donateurs.

Compétences clés à mettre en avant

  • Maîtrise des cycles de projet humanitaire (évaluation, suivi, reporting).
  • Expérience en coordination inter-agences (cluster) et en gestion de crise en zone instable.
  • Connaissance des procédures UNICEF (ou UN) : planification, budget, logistique.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression avec des ressources limitées, idéalement en Afrique francophone.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais opérationnel.
