Work Location kampala Expected duration Six months Duties and Responsibilities The internship is based in Programme Office in Uganda (POUGA), Kampala, Uganda. This full-time, unpaid position will run for six months and will support the Strengthening Crime Prevention Criminal Justice Programme and the project on Promoting Accountability, Integrity and Transparency in Justice. Interns are expected to work five days a week (40 hours) under the supervision of a designated staff member within the department. UNODC supports the Government of Uganda in strengthening crime prevention and criminal justice institutions, promoting the rule of law, and addressing emerging threats including organized crime and violent extremism. The Administrative Intern will support the UNODC Programme Office in Uganda in providing administrative and operational assistance to ensure the effective implementation of programme activities.
