Objectif principal : Sous la supervision du Directeur du Centre, le Veilleur de jour surveille les entrées et sorties du Centre afin d’assurer la sécurité des locaux, des biens et des personnes. Mission 1 : Veiller à la sécurité du Centre

• Contrôler les entrées et les sorties des visiteurs, des animateurs et des jeunes
• Effectuer des rondes en journée
• Alerter en cas d’incident, d’intrusion ou de menace à l’intégrité des jeunes, des animateurs et des biens Mission 2 : Gestion des fiches de pointages des animateurs
• Tenir à jour et propre les fiches de pointage des animateurs
• Veiller à ce que chaque animateur émarge sur la fiche son heure d’arrivée et heure de départ Mission 3 : Gestion des fiches de pointages des visiteurs
• Tenir à jour et propre les fiches de pointage des visiteurs
• Veiller à ce que chaque visiteur ait une pièce d’identité afin de mieux l’identifier
• Veiller à émarger l’identité de chaque visiteur sur la fiche de pointage ainsi que son heure d’arrivée et heure de départ Mission 4 : Gestion du parc automobile
• Veiller au meilleur stationnement des véhicules
• Diriger les conducteurs d’automobile lors du stationnement Mission 5 : Gestion des entrées et sorties des matériels
• Identifier le matériel sortant sous présentation du bon de sortie
• Identifier le matériel entrant Conditions
