• Independently transcribe audio files in your native language
• Compare and validate parallel transcripts to produce a final “ground truth” version
• Accurately capture linguistic nuances, dialects, and context Annotation & Review
• Perform entity tagging based on detailed client guidelines
• Conduct speaker diarization (identify and label different speakers)
• Complete full internal reviews to ensure quality before final QA Requirements
• Native fluency in Wolof, Pulaar, or Serer (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to follow structured linguistic and annotation guidelines
• Comfortable using online transcription and annotation tools
