Read more about this company IT Platform manager Job Type Full Time , Hybrid Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 3 - 5 years Location Lagos Job Field ICT / Computer   Salary Range ₦300,000 - ₦400,000/month Manage and maintain the company's digital platforms, applications, and IT infrastructure. Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of business-critical systems. Monitor platform performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency. Coordinate software upgrades, patches, and system enhancements. Oversee servers, databases, cloud services, and network infrastructure. Ensure proper configuration, maintenance, and backup of IT systems. Implement disaster recovery and business continuity procedures. Manage user access controls and system permissions. Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures. Monitor systems for security threats and vulnerabilities. Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and cybersecurity regulations. Manage relationships with software vendors, cloud providers, and IT service partners. Evaluate and recommend technology solutions aligned with business objectives. Provide technical guidance and support to employees and management. Supervise IT support services and ensure timely resolution of technical issues Develop APIS JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, platform management, or systems administration. Professional certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, JAVA, REACT, Flutterwave, CSS, C#, .NET Cisco, CompTIA, or related certifications are an advantage. Experience managing cloud-based and enterprise platforms.
