Consultant IA Générative Agentique – Usages Documentaires
Bénin Digital recrute un consultant expert en IA agentique appliquée aux processus documentaires dans le secteur de l'assurance. Rattaché à la direction Data, IA et Innovation, vous contribuerez à l'industrialisation des processus IA au sein d'un environnement collaboratif.

- Analyser les besoins métiers.
- Développer une architecture d'agents IA.
- Implémenter et évaluer les agents dans l'outil.
- Structurer la qualité des résultats et documenter.
- Accompagner les utilisateurs pour garantir un usage optimal des solutions mises en œuvre.

Compétences techniques :
- Expertise en IA générative et agentique (LLM, traitement documentaire).
- Maîtrise du prompt engineering avancé (patterns comme ReAct, Prompt chaining).
- Connaissance des outils LangChain ou similaires.
Compétences fonctionnelles :
- Connaissance du secteur de l'assurance souhaitée.
- Analyse des besoins métiers complexes.
Expérience : Expérience significative en IA générative et projets similaires.
Environnement de travail : Cadre collaboratif avec équipes internes et externes, dans une dynamique d'industrialisation des processus IA.
Entreprise : Bénin Digital, spécialisée en digitalisation et transformation métiers.
