An established and upmarket retail showroom in Cape Town is looking for an experienced Senior Retail Sales Consultant with a passion for home décor and luxury retail environments. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven professional who thrives in a customer-focused retail environment and enjoys building strong client relationships while working with premium products. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly targets Maintain high visual merchandising and showroom standards Assist with stock management and product ordering Support internal and external sales teams Deliver exceptional customer service at all times Assist with stock takes and showroom operations

Matric (National Senior Certificate) Minimum 3 years retail sales experience, ideally within luxury retail or home décor Experience working with POS systems

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly sales-driven with a results-focused mindset
