LOGISTICS MANAGER – CAMEROON (KRIBI )

Position Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Manager based primarily at our plant in Kribi, responsible for the management and coordination of an approximately 30-truck heavy-duty fleet. The role will ensure efficient management of import flows, customs processes, port operations, and cement distribution activities.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the operations of the company’s truck fleet Supervise loading/unloading operations and inland transportation activities Manage clinker and raw material import flows Optimize cement distribution operations Liaise with customs authorities, port authorities, and other relevant stakeholders Control and optimize logistics costs Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) Ensure maximum efficiency and utilization of the truck fleet Lead and manage the logistics team

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Engineering 10–15 years of logistics experience Minimum 7 years in a managerial position Strong experience in port and heavy industry logistics English is preferred

Strong operational and field-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach Solid understanding of port and import operations Strong experience in fleet (truck) management Strong cost and operational management skills Ability to work in a high-pressure, multi-stakeholder environment
