ACCOUNTANT

Role Overview We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Finance Officer to support our expanding operations. The Finance Officer will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing project-related costs, supporting development budgets, and ensuring compliance across all financial processes. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable/receivable and maintain financial records
• Process invoices, contractor payments, and property-related expenses
• Assist with project budgets, cost tracking, and cash flow
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly reports
• Support forecasting, financial statements, and investment reporting
• Ensure compliance and liaise with project teams and suppliers

Expérience

• 3-5 years finance experience
• Experience in real estate/property/construction finance

Strong bookkeeping and analytical skills

• Confident with accounting software and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• AAT/ACCA/CIMA beneficial but not essential
