KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and deliver engaging lessons in History, Government, and Current Affairs. Develop lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Foster critical thinking, debate, and civic engagement through interactive teaching methods. Assess student performance and adapt instruction to support diverse learning needs. Encourage inquiry-based learning and active classroom participation. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and school leadership. Participate in professional development activities and school initiatives. Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Carry out other duties as assigned by school management.
