The rider represents the company externally and must demonstrate excellent customer service, reliability, and care for company property while ensuring every delivery meets our quality standards. Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E) Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 1 year Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Delivery Operations Pick up packaged food orders from the kitchen promptly and confirm accuracy before departure. Deliver orders to customers within agreed timelines while maintaining food quality and presentation. Collect payments (cash/mobile money) where applicable and submit promptly to accounts/front desk. Obtain customer confirmation/signature or delivery acknowledgment. Order Handling Handle food and beverages carefully to avoid spills or damage. Verify delivery addresses and customer contact details before leaving. Communicate delays or challenges immediately to the supervisor. Motorcycle & Equipment Care Maintain assigned motorcycle in clean and good working condition. Perform basic daily checks (fuel, brakes, lights, tyres). Report mechanical issues promptly. Keep delivery bags clean and hygienic. Customer Service Be polite, professional, and presentable at all times. Represent Coral Gardens positively to customers. Handle customer concerns calmly and escalate when necessary. Reporting & Compliance Maintain daily delivery logs. Submit end-of-shift reports (deliveries completed, cash collected, fuel used). Follow all road safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications & Requirements Valid motorcycle rider’s license Minimum JHS/SHS education. At least 1 year experience as a delivery rider (food delivery preferred). Good knowledge of Accra routes and neighborhoods. Ability to use WhatsApp/phone for delivery coordination Physically fit and able to work long hours. Honest, punctual, and customer-focused. Key Skills Time management Basic communication skills Road safety awareness Customer service orientation Cash handling (basic) Working Conditions Shift-based work including weekends and public holidays. Outdoor riding in varying weather conditions. Basic salary along with performance targets tied to delivery speed and customer satisfaction.
