Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Senior level Experience Length: 5 years Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Prepare and supervise accurate financial records, accounts, and reports in line with regulatory standards. Ensure proper maintenance of the General Ledger and reconciliation of all accounts. Supervise daily accounting operations, including postings, vouchers, and cash management. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with Bank of Ghana regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements. Support budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis. Liaise with auditors and provide required financial information promptly. Supervise and mentor junior accounts staff. Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Qualification & Experience Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA or Part Final/Finalist) will be a strong advantage. At least 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in a Rural/Community Bank or financial institution. Strong knowledge of banking regulations and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical skills. Good communication, leadership, and supervisory skills.
