The role owns WhatsApp Business, Facebook, YouTube, email, and web channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across the healthcare market. Min Qualification: Diploma Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 2 years Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Lead national digital sales and marketing strategy across all channels. Manage WhatsApp Business as the primary sales engine with broadcast lists and quote templates. Run Facebook Business Page with 2–3 posts/week and targeted ad campaigns. Generate qualified leads among hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and lab technicians. Maintain CRM, log all inquiries, and follow up within 24–48 hours. Produce YouTube product demos and educational content repurposed for social media. Deliver monthly performance reports with strategy recommendations Onboard 5–8 new healthcare facilities monthly. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business required. 2-3 years digital marketing or B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
