The role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, processing orders or service requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Job descriptions & requirements Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree. Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written). Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, etc. Effective communication skills (oral, written, and computer). Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external customers. Ability to adapt to change. Familiarity with sports betting. At least one year of call center experience. Job Description Answer customer service calls, chats, and emails in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. Suggest methods to improve operations, efficiency, and service for both internal and external customers. Understand customer care principles and gather feedback to address customer needs. Assist the manager with daily call center operations, including development tasks. Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices. Identify and escalate priority issues through appropriate channels. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Provide feedback and suggestions to management to enhance customer service processes and tools. Remuneration Gross salary: GH₵3,000 Basic salary: GH₵2,100 Performance salary: GH₵900 Please note Final performance salary is based on the staff’s KPI score. Final performance pay = Performance salary × KPI score.
