We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Agronomist to join our team and support innovative farming solutions that enhance crop yield, soil health, and environmental sustainability. Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert advice on crop production, soil management, and sustainable farming practices.

/>- Conduct soil testing and analyze data to recommend appropriate fertilizers and soil amendments.
- Develop and implement crop management plans to optimize yield and quality.
- Monitor crop performance, pests, and diseases and recommend effective control measures.
- Work closely with farmers and agricultural stakeholders to improve agricultural productivity.
- Conduct field trials and research to evaluate new crop varieties and farming techniques.

### 📌 • Prepare reports and present findings to management and clients. Qualification Required & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, Agriculture, or a related field.

### 📌 • Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in agronomy or agricultural advisory services.

- Strong knowledge of crop production systems, soil fertility, and pest management.

### 📌 • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with farming communities.

/>- Proficiency in agricultural data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.
