Expérience

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate our facilities maintenance team, overseeing the upkeep of buildings and grounds. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily maintenance activities, allocating tasks and ensuring that all facilities and surrounding areas are maintained to a high standard, remaining safe, compliant, clean and well-presented at all times.

ENTRY-LEVEL QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Matric or NTC3 qualification Proven technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance 3–5 years’ relevant experience and/ or training in the electrical and building trade, or in a Handyman role At least 2 years’ supervisory experience within a building or similar environment Health & Safety knowledge and training Microsoft Office proficiency in Outlook, Word & Excel A valid Driver’s license with PDP

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Supervision of staff Hands on working supervision role Technical knowledge & experience in minor electrical, carpentry & plumbing works

• 7 experience in minor building works, painting, waterproofing, tiling, etc. Health & Safety knowledge Computer literacy & MS Office basic knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
