The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new leads, increasing free meeting bookings with potential clients, and building strong relationships with parents. Office located in Osu. Secure at least 30 free meeting bookings per month through direct outreach, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Build relationships with parents, schools, and communities to promote Virtutor Online.
Communicate the platform’s value effectively and close leads into paying customers. Track performance and submit weekly reports on leads, calls, and conversions. Marketing & Outreach
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Plan and run social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.) to drive engagement and generate leads. Create and manage promotional materials such as flyers, digital ads, and Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, ensuring professional and friendly communication. Provide information to parents and guide them through the process of booking lessons. Gather customer feedback to help improve our services. Reporting & Analysis
Provide weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance and booking statistics. Analyze data to recommend new strategies or adjustments for better results. Collaboration & Innovation
Work closely with the CEO and admin team to align on targets and strategy. Bring creative ideas for campaigns, community engagement, and customer acquisition. Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative solutions to increase visibility and conversions.
