Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the customer service team Develop and implement customer service strategies and procedures Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement Prepare reports and analyze customer feedback to enhance service delivery

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5–10 years' experience in customer service, including managerial experience

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Customer-focused with excellent organizational abilities What We Offer
