This role involves gathering insights from interventions, applying monitoring tools, and designing research to inform programming. The specialist will supervise evaluations, ensure timely reporting, and contribute to knowledge dissemination among stakeholders. The position requires collaboration with partners to enhance performance and support the development of new programming aligned with UNCDF priorities. Advanced university degree in Economics, Public Administration, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation Experience in quantitative and qualitative research Knowledge of financial inclusion and development finance Experience with MEL tools like Power BI Fluency in English
