To act as Focal Inspection Lead / Inspection Lead to review all equipment inspections & test requirements during engineering phase, lead, coordinate & participate in Equipment & Vendor Inspections during manufacturing stage, and ensure all inspection & testing activities are conducted to meet the quality, testing & integrity requirements of the equipment. Key Responsibilities Review all equipment inspection & testing requirements during engineering phase. Lead, coordinate & participate in Equipment & Vendor Inspections during manufacturing stage. Ensure all inspection & testing activities are conducted as per project quality standards, specifications, and integrity requirements. Monitor and supervise vendor quality surveillance and manufacturing inspections. Review and approve inspection documents including ITPs, QAPs, welding procedures, NDT reports, hydro test reports, FAT reports, and material certificates. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, Vendors, Third-Party Inspection Agencies, and Project Teams. Ensure compliance with ASME, API, ASTM, ISO, and client/project specifications. Handle inspection activities related to pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, columns, tanks, piping, and static/rotating equipment. Ensure timely closure of NCRs, punch points, and quality observations. Support project execution, construction, and commissioning activities related to inspection and quality assurance.
