Quatre Pompiers / Agents de Sécurité Incendie

** Le Cabinet EMMAC Corporation recrute pour une société spécialisée dans le secourisme, quatre pompiers / agents de sécurité incendie basés à Cotonou. Le contrat est à durée déterminée (CDD), à temps plein, avec télétravail complet possible.
**
** Assurer la prévention et la gestion des incendies, intervenir en appui aux opérations de secours pour protéger les personnes, les biens et l’environnement.
Responsabilités
- Intervenir rapidement en cas d’incendie et utiliser les équipements d’extinction (extincteurs, lances, etc.)
- Participer aux opérations de secours et d’évacuation
- Apporter un appui aux secours médicaux, porter assistance aux victimes en situation d’urgence, collaborer avec les infirmiers et secouristes
- Participer aux évacuations vers les structures de santé
- Inspecter les installations pour prévenir les risques incendie
- Sensibiliser les clients et le public aux consignes de sécurité
- Mettre en place des dispositifs de sécurité lors d’événements
- Vérifier l’état des équipements (extincteurs, tenues, etc.) et assurer l’entretien du matériel d’intervention
- Signaler tout dysfonctionnement
- Rédiger les rapports d’intervention et remonter les incidents et anomalies à la hiérarchie**

- Formation de pompier (protection civile / sapeurs-pompiers) fortement recommandée
- Formation en secourisme obligatoire
- Maîtrise des techniques de lutte contre l’incendie
- Bonne connaissance des gestes de premiers secours
- Capacité à travailler en équipe avec le personnel médical
- Réactivité et gestion du stress
- Discipline et rigueur
- Courage et sang-froid
- Sens du service et responsabilité
